"Overpriced and outdated. Not a 4-star experience anymore.
This hotel might have earned 4 stars at some point, but those days are long gone. For the steep price they charge, the overall experience was a major letdown.
To start, the front desk host was incredibly sullen and gloomy. At these rates, a welcoming and friendly attitude should be the bare minimum. Adding to the frustration, absolutely nothing is included. You are hit with expensive daily fees for both breakfast and parking. Just the...

"Extremely Disappointing Stay — Multiple Dirty Rooms, Stained Bedding, and an Unacceptable Presidential Suite.
I genuinely wish I were writing a positive review, but our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for my husband and me turned into a frustrating experience involving multiple room changes, questionable cleanliness, stained bedding, and repeated conversations with management. We specifically reserved a room with a balcony because...

It would be great if there were coffee and bread or cold cereal available for early risers.
A canteen with lite bite from a frig over night would a welcome addition."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very nice, modern, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. I also appreciated the secure paid parking, which gave me extra peace of mind during my stay.
This hotel is a great option whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for business. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone...

"I was charged a parking fee to park my car overnight in the Marriott Doubletree parking lot. Expedia did NOT list a parking fee as an extra charge in addition to the total amount of the bundle (flight, hotel and car) that I previously paid Expedia.
Expedia should have informed me of this additional charge in advance - prior to booking the bundle. How was I to know that I would incur additional charges? The failure of Expedia to provide any kind of notice regarding extra costs was extremely...
