"We had a lovely stay. We had an issue with our sheets being stained and the customer service took care of it and comped our parking which was excellent customer service. The room was cozy and we enjoyed the lounge above the restaurant. We also loved the secure parking and felt safe coming and going! "

"We requested the room to be cleaned and additional towels. We had to keep making a request and it was very late night when we finally got it. The guy at the front desk acted like we were getting on his nerves. "

I cannot express how kind and welcoming they were. They seemed genuinely happy to be here and made us feel the same. The hotel is beautiful, quirky and well kept the rooms are huge and comfortable. This is my absolute favorite place in Portland. "
