"staff were really bad and shuttle service is not provided and when asked then mentioned it was for a price which is insane compared to cab almost 10x more than it."

"A very good hotel in the very centre of Kolkata. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a Club room which was very spacious. Good housekeeping."

"I don’t know what are they even running this business?"

"Good"

"While we enjoyed the hotels heritage and overall charm the property itself has a lot of minor issues. The staff overall were kind and helpful but felt very uncomfortable the last day when I asked for water during breakfast and was very rudely yelled at and was pestered about checking out. The TV in the room is very outdated and didnt work well，no shower door. The worst part of the room was poor water pressure in the shower and the toilet didnt flush very (requiring multiple flushes over long...

"Very helpful staff- gave recommendations of what to do and where to eat. Had to wait some time for our room to be ready."

"Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel."

"The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication."

"Location in Bidhannagar and walkable to shopping and dining"
