"Our stay at Pacific Palms Hotel was overall quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The rooms were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment after a long day of activities. Amenities were meh, ice machine did not work on our floor. House keep ladies were nice and worked with a smile.One area where the hotel could improve is in the area of cleanliness. "Seriously beautiful and unique hotel. You can walk and get lost in the towers. Our room was huge. The windows do not open. Very clean considering how old the place it. The food at the two restaurants we tried was pretty good. "
