"There was no restaurant for dinner. There was no lobby coffee on the weekend. The shower leaked, and was not repaired on the weekend. The motel did not appear to be a successful business since all the salons were unused. I only needed 4 nights of sleep, and it was fine for that."

"Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at night expecting to check into our room, as the hotel’s email clearly stated it would be ready by 3:00 PM. Instead, we were told the room was still not ready and that we would have to wait even longer. After a full day of traveling, this was completely unacceptable.
What made the situation worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. Rather than apologizing or trying to help resolve an issue that was entirely on the hotel’s side, they were...

"The property is ungoing renovation. We were given a renovated room so the decors and furnitures are new. The room is spacious and has a fridge and coffee maker. We appreciate the coffee in the lobby and warm cookies at check-in. However, areas around the main entrance give a poor first impression - algeas on the exterior walls, flower pots full of weeds, and dirty luggage carts. These things could've been easily addressed. Breakfast buffet was decent."

"The hotel is very nice. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was fantastic."

"The Lodge was under construction when we stayed there so it was a little dusty - mainly outdoors.
My room was just off the lobby. The noise from the lobby overflowed to my room until they closed the fire doors. I would recommend they close them earlier ~ 9 pm."

"This property was fabulous! Came to visit family and stayed 3 nights. Kyle at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Personally delivered vouchers for us. The hotel is super clean. The room was cleaned timely. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity! Beautiful setting.
The grounds are very pretty. Will stay here again. Best hotel in the Schaumburg area
