"The room was advertised as premier, but we felt it was pretty basic with cupboards showing signs of wear. Also there was quite a high step up to access the balcony with no notice reminding customers to take care when getting on or off the balcony. However the breakfast was faultless with a good choice of English and continental food and the staff were helpful and friendly."

"Nice business hotel with dedicated parking (for a fee) in the car park under the hotel. Breakfast was good, nothing mind-blowing but nice selection of stuff. Overall a nice place."

"Off season stay so most restaurants were closed, long walk to center of town. Room very nice, breakfast very good, pool is cold in April, hot tub would be nice but not very hot, spa services are good."

"We stayed for one night only, wished we had stayed longer. We loved the spa. The rooms were very comfortable and the area is very quiet with some lovely walks. We will return but for longer next time."

"The hotel was, as when we stayed previously, very welcoming, friendly, organised, clean, warm and relaxing. Unfortunately, at 1am when we arrived we were not prepared for a shower that moved around the wall because it was not affixed to the wall nor a toilet roll holder that would not hold the roll of toilet paper for the same reason! Annoying but not enough to spoil our excellent stay at 525."

"We upgraded our room as we got there and hit pool was shut so we got a private pool which was fabulous! Few minor misses from the cleaner. Bath water wasn’t very hot which was a shame as it was a fantastic bath! Overall we had a great stay! "
