"This hotel was notified the week before our arrival date that they would be without power from 11pm-4pm and didn’t bother to make anyone aware before check in. We drove 3 hours to get there and arrived late at night, we couldn’t go hunting for a new hotel at that point. We had NO AIR CONDITIONING and were very uncomfortable though the night and if there would’ve been an emergency there were no lights.
Terrible communication choice on part of the hotel!"

"Clean room, old but updated. Clean and well maintained. Its like a museum and a hotel in one. The stuff are so helpful. I luv that their pool and hottub hrs are 630-11 pm. They said the pool is heated but it is not. The bathtub has a rust , i dont know wheather its a design. They provided almost all the bathroom amenities especially toothbrush but just one instead of 2 toothbrushes. I just am surprised theres no slippers provided. No fridge and microwave. But theres lots of restaurants to choose...

"We absolutely love staying at Gold Mountain Manor. This place has such a warm, welcoming feel that makes every visit special. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking to relax and unplug.
Toni was incredible from start to finish. She made everything feel welcoming and effortless, and her attention to detail really shows in the experience.
