"The most unfriendly staff from checkin to the pool side. Upon checkin not one detail about property was mentioned, not a smile, not a welcome… I had to pry information and even then it seemed as if I was disturbing them… Even passing staff they all seemed like they were miserable no good mornings- really dampened the hotel experience. Hotel was nice, room clean, good location, good beach/ ocean views. Choice of 2 pools one for kids nice option! Starbucks closes at 2 pm would be nice if open...

"I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view....
1) The door lock/lack there of
Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired.
2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size
3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....
