"Everything within the hotel was very good, our only problem, for us was a big one, my wife and I were travelling on motorcycles, the hotel operates a valet parking system only. They have nowhere to park motorcycles, eventually we were allowed to park our bikes in a corner of the loading dock and we're still charged a valet parking fee. Really not happy with this."

"Eric, the Valet Supervisor, was extremely helpful with parking and restaurant recommendations. The suite was spacious and clean. Check in was easy and the location is in walking distance to many restaurants. The cons, there seems to only be one chef so eating at the hotel was unavailable. The elevators are very small. Can only fit 2-3 people max and luggage if not too big. Also the windows to the building need a good cleaning. They had a lot of web and dust buildup. Overall, I would stay...

"The staff was awesome, the service was amazing. The lighting in our room was very dim. Need more lighting in the rooms. The shower didn't work too well. The hot tub wasn't hot. And that exercise room was still under construction.."

"This hotel was very nice. Rooms were nicely decorated and well appointed. The barroom was great, shower was roomy. A great place to stay in downtown Richmond."
