"Had a great stay here, it had everything from great food , friendly staff and a well equipped gym and pool.
To top it off for us, it’s dog friendly too!
All the staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs, from reception to bar and gym staff.
Everyone made us feel so welcome, even the gym members. This will be a regular stop off for us whilst visiting my daughter in Liverpool.
All I can say is Thank you .

"The Prince Rupert is centrally located on Butchers Row - lovely shops and pubs close by as well as the Cop and the English Bridge and the Dingle. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially front desk staff and our wonderful server at breakfast. She didn’t miss a beat and we enjoyed her. We requested an upgrade and our Queen Charlotte room was beautiful.
Strongly suggest mini fridges in the rooms."

"Great hotel in a nice area. Car park is a little tight and first come first serve but the ncp car park is literally opposite this hotel. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, we also had dinner in the restaurant which was amazing. My only complaint was the people above our studio room where thundering around which was noisy but I’m not 100% sure if that belonged to the hotel as we had to exit the hotel and go round the corner to get to our room (studio 45)"

"The property is well maintained and retains its character very well. Breakfast was excellent with good options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The bar downstairs is fun, noisy & lively. The bedrooms right above are the same. So if you don’t want a DJ in your bedroom until midnight, stay elsewhere.
They provide ear plugs in the rooms, so draw your own conclusion.
The breakfast was nice k the location was great, very central."

"Room was okay but small. The mattress was amazingly comfortable albeit the wooden bed frame was a little creaky.
The walls are paper thin and the doors closing and opening extremely noisy so not as restful a break as the location demands"
