"This hotel was located at a very good location for taking a walk around the town and malls. The area also felt safe. The property has only pool which was full, should consider an adults pool and children pool, to make sure all guest gets access. Breakfast had long lines, due to public holiday and multiple guests. Waiting period of 1 hour minimum. The dinner options were not that great but breakfast was pretty good. Overall it was a great stay. "

"We used the Porter for our wedding trip and we had a great experience from check in, our stay, enjoyed the roof top bar/lounge, very clean. Our only “issue” was the lack of self parking but plenty of garages on the next block that were easy to walk to. Otherwise Valet is 59/night. It was only cuz if we left something in the car it wasn’t just a trip downstairs. "

"We had a lovely stay. We had an issue with our sheets being stained and the customer service took care of it and comped our parking which was excellent customer service. The room was cozy and we enjoyed the lounge above the restaurant. We also loved the secure parking and felt safe coming and going! "

"We requested the room to be cleaned and additional towels. We had to keep making a request and it was very late night when we finally got it. The guy at the front desk acted like we were getting on his nerves. "

"The staff were incredible friendly and welcoming from the minute we pulled up to valet, every time we went through the lobby it felt like staying with a friend. I cannot express how kind and welcoming they were. They seemed genuinely happy to be here and made us feel the same. The hotel is beautiful, quirky and well kept the rooms are huge and comfortable. This is my absolute favorite place in Portland. "
