"Loved the hotel ambiance which is why I booked the hotel. Some staff were very helpful. Some including manager was very disrespectful. Asked for help and was told I had to wait until They were not busy. Others had priority. I paid my money same as others so that was an insult. Also instead of help some pointed me to kiosk. While that may be helpful in some cases I prefer personal help. That's their job too."

"Overall we are very satisfied with the hotel , friendly staffs , good room size and free water/coffee/tea offered in the lobby. "We had a fab experience during our 3 night stay in non smoking ensuite for 4, breakfast selection was superb, staff very nice and polite.
