"The location is amazing, the beach is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond for you. Things to note: 1. "The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. "Overall, the cabin was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would recommend is for the board games to be complete and when you open the closets, there are blankets and pillows and other miscellaneous stuff just thrown. Also some of the cabinets had miscellaneous stuff that didn't belong in the cabin. The towels need to be cleaner and the living room area can use a set of curtains in the patio, doors. Gym equipment was in the way and a hazard. "
