"Premesso che il periodo non è facile.. nulla da dire sulla camera, corrispondeva alle aspettative. Sul servizio ristorante e sulla disponibilità del personale qualche lacuna. La cena sembrava quella ti servono in ospedale. È raro che io faccia recensioni di questo tipo ma viviamo un momento difficile anche noi in giro per lavoro, c’è meno lavoro per tutti. Si dovrebbe cercare di far tornare i clienti... trattarli con sufficienza non aiuta nessuno."

"Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn es ein Anliegen unsererseits gab, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Toilette ziemlich hoch war und es ein bisschen schwierig war die Balance zu halten (Rollstuhlfahrerin). Ansonsten war alles top!!"
