We were offered 50% off the rental TOTAL if we decided to stay, a full refund, or to be transferred to another property. We agreed with the office to stay and take the 50% off. "Property was amazing but we couldn’t grill because propane tanks were empty and host didn’t respond to our communication attempts. "
