"Excellent hotel, highly recommended. Breakfast and dinner great and all staff exceptional. One small thing about a chemical smell at times which came into the rooms. Not a big deal but unpleasant at the time. Thank you for a great stay Hyatt Regency "

"The hotel was clean and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is great for heading into the city and quiet enough to escape the city centre. Only issue I will raise is some of the plugs in the room did not work despite raising this with housekeeping. Despite this I would stay here again. "

"I was not expecting how convenient, yet how quiet this hotel was. It’s a short walk to Jantar Mantar, the Metro, and great Indian shopping, yet set in a very quiet green neighborhood. Comfortable bed, hot shower, tasty breakfast."

"Has such good potential and is a lovely property. The Heritage and ambiance are soothing. Food is really good too. Such a shame that service was not up to standards. To get a coffee with breakfast we had to ask 4 times (very politely) and it still took over an hour. Work with the staff on service would make this a 5 star. "

"Horrible service. No towels were given, when we asked they were damp wet. Very very unsanitary. Blankets were not washed. Never ever stay in this hotel."

"Only problem was that the pool gas restricted hours. This was not advertised on website. But, when I checked in and was told about this, I told the very polite receptionist that I wasn’t happy about the pool being closed. He did call me a while later to say that he could arrange for the pool to be opened. I told him that it was not necessary as I was going out."
