Excellent hotel manager Rajput and staff - wonderful service and hotel
Fantastisk hotel, rolige omgivelser, fine værelser, dejlig pool område og god mad.
Meget søde medarbejdere! Tæt på Golden temple og 40 minutters kørsel til Waga boarder.

Execllent service and staff
Our stay was truly wonderful. Chef Pankaj and his F&B team, especially servers Akshit and Harman, were outstanding. The food was delicious and freshly prepared to our preferences.
The General Manager, Mr. Ishprit, and Mr. Piyush at the front desk were extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs — their service was excellent.
The only area that could use improvement is the overall cleanliness and the air conditioning,

Man the gate - he was every helpful and mad sure that I got too and from the golden temple safely in the early hours of the morning . Nothing is too much for the personnel at the hotel

El hotel es muy bonito, buen diseño, bonita decoración, las sábanas y toallas están percudidas, se ven grises en vez de blancas. La tina del baño da asco. Es una lástima que un hotel con buenas instalaciones tenga tan mal nivel de limpieza.

I had the chance to stay at The Earth hotel, which recently opened next to Urban Haat. While the hotel is in a historical site, the interiors are completely renovated, giving a modern feel to the place. Due to the spaciousness of the rooms within the palace, there is ample privacy here, unlike other hotels. The food at the restaurant was excellent with service to match. I was especially impressed by Deepti at the front desk, who was extremely welcoming and went out of her way to assist me with my transport. While my stay was short, it was very impressionable. I'll certainly be visiting again.
An elegantly restored historic building - a little oasis in a busy city. The rooms are large, the furniture is just so, the upholstery is stunning. Rooms are fitted with generously sized contemporary bathrooms whilst retaining heritage aspects. The restaurant is spacious, the food was great. The service is attentive. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Hopefully next time the pool and facilities will be ready (this time, the full facilities were in the process of being built/completed).

The staff was lost in their own world, service was pathetic, there was no honour of their own provisions per their website and when asked about some consideration of what your supposed to offer compared to what you havent then they said sorry and moved away, the room qas clean but there was construction everywhere, its a very old heritage property but needs a welcoming staff so people feel special. I paid for the heritage suite but received even worse than a normal room. At this point, i would pick an ITC property or other wyndham or Taj properties

While the property itself is historic and lovely, the facilities seem run down. For only being open for a year, the towels are dingy, dirty looking and rough, the furniture has stains and the walls in the bathroom have mold! The front desk needs more training for welcoming guests and being responsive to calls. We rang them MULTIPLE times to ask about booking dinner outside the hotel and NEVER got a response and worse we also called MULTIPLE times about an item we lost in the airport pick up car and NEVER got a reply!! This is unacceptable. Please train your staff appropriately, upkeep the rooms and provide better towels. Also having a PROPER travel/concierge desk would have been helpful. These are a few basic steps you can take to raise the standard of the hotel to match its heritage status.

1. My family had checked in earlier and I joined next early morning. On my check-in staff send me to wrong room and I entered in room which was already occupied by some other customer. It was very embarrassing.
2. Staff was not in hotel uniform at any point. So it was tough to identify real staff
3. Wifi at property is pathetic and most of the times it was either not connecting or dropping several times and speed was worst than dial-up connections
4. In my 3 days stay, I never had hot water for shower. Water temperature was just about 36-37 degrees.
5. Hotel rooms doesn’t have chain lock or anywys by which door can be locked physically so no one can enter property.
6. Bathroom doors were not working properly
7. Peppery is still under makeshift. It seems it was a general hospital earlier with operation theatre, patient wards and morgue.
I booked myself assuming it’s unique heritage hotel however overall experience disappointed me. And moreover no one from management contacted me for all issues

Has such good potential and is a lovely property. The Heritage and ambiance are soothing. Food is really good too.
Such a shame that service was not up to standards. To get a coffee with breakfast we had to ask 4 times (very politely) and it still took over an hour. Work with the staff on service would make this a 5 star.
