"Due to nation wide shutdown effective on 18 Mar 2020, the eateries offered only take-outs so my family after checking out ate the food in the hotel lobby but was told off by hotel staff. While i understand it is against the hotel policy, I thought the hotel staff could have been a bit more understanding given the circumstance."
