"Great stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel! My husband used to stay at this hotel when he was a child visiting his family in Japan so he wanted to stay here for our family trip. I was a little reluctant due to some of the reviews. I think the people reviewing are just not familiar with typical Japanese hotel rooms. They are small compared to the US. Overall, great stay. "久しぶりの宿泊でした。宿泊日の早朝、荷物を預けた際に、チェックイン予定時間を決めていなかったのですが、その時に、条件付きで事前チェックインをしてくださいました。なので、その後の予定を快適に過ごすことができました。コンビニも、ローソンが二つあり、確実に混み合う時間帯も、あまり混み合うこともなく、スムーズに買い物ができました。"

"Great Location. Across from Miyashita Park - fun shops and yummy places to eat. Room was little smaller than expected but we made it work. Wish the fridge was bigger too. I had to eat all my goodies from Family Mart every nite. The bed was comfortable. The vibe outside is very nice. Great coffee, fun place to hang and people watch."

"Awesome stay at Hibiya. Good location not too far from Ginza and there is a train station nearby. Lobby is quite grand and cozy at high floor. Reception lady was kind enough to let us check in early. Breakfast was better than expected, friendly staffs at breakfast area every morning. Housekeeping lady super friendly and helpful, great training by the management. Only thing to improve is the laundry machines, few were broken during the stay, but we still managed to do few rounds of laundries. "
