"The hotel is in the middle of an Industrial state and the day we stayed a Saturday night everything was closed. The staff were nice enough but not overly helpful or welcoming. It felt to us (we have travelled a lot both for work and holidays) that this hotel was a training hotel for anyone that wanted to enter hospitality. The food was ok but not exceptional. The parking was very easy on the property. It is also a hotel that is used for tour groups because there is a lot to see in the area...

"L'hotel etait vraiment super. It was a really great experience. Super convenient to train station, but was quiet, in clean and safe area. The staff was super attentive. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to fuel up before a day exploring the Loire castles."

"The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. "I don't usually write reviews but Morgan was so helpful I had to write one. We arrived with 2 young children who had just had a long ferry and car journey and needed to move! She was so accomodating, patient and helpful with us all while she was giving us local recommendations and answered all our questions. She also provided us some milk for the children in the evening when we couldn't get any from the shop. Thank you! The breakfast was also very good."
