"The hotel is conveniently located close to the JR Hamamatsu station and the bus terminal. The staff was friendly and quick to support. The interior of the hotel has a sort of regal, grandiose and mid 1990s decor. The room I stayed in was reasonably large, 1 king size bed, but the furniture, electronics and bathroom is a bit dated when compare to some of the contemporary hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto. I didn’t try the restaurants in the hotel as there were many eating options around the hotel. "

"Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu. "

"We were treated like Royalty by the staff, very friendly and very helpful. The Onsen/public bath was the best we experienced in Japan. Beautiful views from the two Hotels and our room was the largest hotel room we had in 3 weeks in Japan. We loved this place."
