"1 night stay for my parents as a gift to my father’s 90th birthday. Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C). Paying equivalent of 300 USD per night on a regular weekday, one would expect room with A/C. Besides that, road works started just under their window at 6am. "My room was fine, with a nice spacious bathroom. The room overlooked the inner courtyard atrium, so it didn’t have natural light or a view. There were a couple of maintenance issues which I reported, and they were resolved quickly."

"Fantastic amenities such as pool, bowling and other activities. Good, quiet location and a nice walk by the river bank and the wooden village to the city. Clean, nice staff, beautiful design with traditional Moravian blue print. There is so much to see in this hotel that it should be an attraction on its own, definitely worth the visit. "
