"Camera pulita personale alla reception non adeguato ho avuto un problema con il bagno il bidet era montato male in una stanza appena ristrutturata facendomi cadere a terra ho fatto presente l’accaduto non mi è stato chiesto nemmeno come stessi minimizzando l’accaduto non si sono nemmeno scusati per semplice forma. "Breakfast was great, many choices from eggs to cheese to cereals and yogurts and breakfast pastries & at 12€ also great value. The whole hotel is immaculate including bathrooms both those with the room and the public ones. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The location is amazing , a 3 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Piazza Grande & close to many good restaurants. "È stata una splendida permanenza!!!!
Una struttura nuova che vale pienamente le 4 stelle, pulito è accogliente.
Personale super disponibile e sempre gentile.
Il buffet della colazione era molto variegato e pieno di cose buone e genuine.
Abbiamo avuto la mezza pensione e devo dire che la sera c'erano delle porzioni abbondanti e le ricette molto buone.

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard.
