Phone indicates stops as needed at North (1) and South Terminal (3) - called and asked them to bypass North on one trip. They did not. Finally walked to North Terminal to catch shuttle, 49 minutes delay getting shuttle. Next morning, shuttle late again - arrived at 3:15 for 3:20 shuttle and was told it was late. Arrived around 3:35 (schedule indicates every 20 minutes). ...
