"Stayed there on May 14 2026 at room 2025. Excellent Room service. They even did room service in the evening when I went out for dinner. They refilled all the stuff that I used. Afternoon high tea and evening drink and snacks mini buffet at 24 floors is excellent view, service and good food."

"Good breakfast, wide variety of Myanmar breakfast and bread toasting station, good and spacious dining area.
Nice gym with new equipment, but there wasn't service staff there to attend to the room. Sauna is available.
However room are not adequately maintained and cleaned. Air con-filter is dusty and there was some smell released initially when air-con is first turned on. I have requested to change room due to moldy wall paper and tiny cockroaches. part of fridge is rusty. Safe is not working...

"チェックイン時に予約されていないと言われ、約40分ロビーで待たされた。
予約表も見せてブッキングナンバーも見せているのに、同じことを何度も聞かれた。
予約されている状況が明確である以上、顧客側の問題ではないので、少なくともチェックインの手配を先に進めてから、システム上の確認をするべき。
また、チェックアウトの時に男性スタッフのキーボードを打つ手につまようじが握られていた。スタッフ対応が高級ホテルとは言い難い。"

部屋にペットボトルの水が常備されていない。
また、フロントで両替が出来ず、不便でした。"

"Absolutely lovely place to be based visit Yangon from or just to relax. Checkin process was smooth and receptionist makes to the effort to greet you by name before even getting out of the taxi. Rooms are clean and well maintained with modern features.
All the meals were fantastic, well server and tasting amazing.
The area around the hotel is safe but at night just watch your steps."

"As returning Burmese, I can’t think of anywhere I’d rather stay.. I think the staff are typically Burmese, so friendly. The decor is colonial mixed with a bit of modernity. Aside that the room was very spacious. I really like it, it’s close to Scott market and downtown etc etc. I’d stay again and again."

"The hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway, it’s sent within a golf country club, which is great. My only inconvenience was unrelated to the hotel, but apparently there’s a venue near by with hugely loud speakers which started music at 4am and it didn't stop probable after 9am. That’s when tranquility ended. "
