"We chose this hotel for the valet because the parking is always a nightmare in Beirut then we realized when we got there that they don’t have it even tho they advertised it so we had to pay for parking. The smell was the worst part. The bedroom and bathroom smelled bad like there was too much moisture in the air. We tried to air it out but it didn’t work. "Overall, dissatisfied. The reception on the the front desk is very responsive but when you call room service they don't ever get what you want. They are very frugal about replenishing water, Kleenex, bath towels and other necessities. I would have to ask multiple times/ The sheets were not clean and the wallpaper was peeled in the room.
