If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would! ✨ From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — the space was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Top hotel choice when visiting Beirut

One of the most amazing experience visiting Lebanon is how friendly and helpful people are. Very well located hotel with very fast internet, clean comfortable beds and large living room and kitchen. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Beirut!!!

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Mohamed made sure I was accommodated from the minute I arrived to the airport, Jena was wonderful, Dany was awesome, and Bshara kept checking on me. The breakfast was great as well . I highly recommend it. I will come back fir sure.

The service was excellent, the staff were flexible and extremely helpful! I arrived before the check in time, but they appreciated that I was tired from traveling and they found a room for me immediately! The same goes for check out, my flight was at 10pm, but they allowed me to stay in my room 2 extra hours! The staff in the lobby and the staff in the breakfast area are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces! After all the staying, the staff, the location, and cleanliness were wonderful and excellent.

Good cleaning

The cleaning was awesome! There were some days we decided that cleaning was not necessary. However on the afternoon we redecided to request it via the door handle message, and it was done after already 30 minutes when we were outside. The bathroom cleaning were also superior.

A Gem of Hospitality El Sheikh hotel My recent stay at El Sheikh hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless, starting with the incredibly convenient valet parking. It was such a relief to simply hand over our keys and know our car was in good hands. The warm smiles and genuine hospitality we received from the valet staff set the tone for the entire stay. Inside, the lobby was welcoming, and the staff's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our experience memorable. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind after a long day. The amenities were top-notch, catering to every need. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff throughout the hotel. simply offering a friendly chat, the team at El Sheikh hotel consistently exceeded our expectations. This was a great little hotel in a convenient location. The front desk staff were all very friendly and eager to help us out. Most spoke English very well. They worked to find us a rental car last minute but ultimately recommended a taxi driver to take us to different sites for the day. We ended up hiring the driver for a second day and to take us to the airport. The room was very clean and well appointed. Upgraded to a 1BR suite with kitchenette (didn’t use other than the fridge). Plenty of room and very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe walking in the area even late at night. Breakfast was very good (traditional Lebanese offerings). I would definitely recommend the hotel and will surely stay there again on our next visit.

This is my second time staying at a hotel in Beirut, and let me tell you, El Sheikh suites exceeded all expectations. They truly exceeded the mark in every aspect. I would like to give a shout out to Bchara, Faten, Weam, Ahmad, Sally, Ali, Shadi, and anyone else I encountered but did not take their name down. You all provided excellent service and went above and beyond. Your customer service was nothing short of displaying the Lebanese hospitality. Communication with the hotel was super easy and fast. As I did not have a prearranged pickup from the airport, Bchara was helpful in arranging a taxi pick up. The whole process was easy and fast and I felt safe with the taxi pick up. The breakfast was so delicious and included a variety of Lebanese options. There were hot and cold choices. I went for second rounds. The room was one of the cleanest I stayed in (mind you, I’m comparing this to hotels I’ve stayed in in the US and Europe) and housekeeping had no issues cleaning the room daily. The towels were very absorbent and mattress and pillows were just the right firmness. I slept like a baby during my 2 weeks stay. There was constant power and the water pressure was 10 times better than my apartment in the US. Definitely miss my showers at this hotel. The A/C was in working condition and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking without any issues. Location was excellent with restaurants and cafes nearby. Great value and will be staying here on my next Beirut visit.
