"I was very disappointed with our stay. We chose this hotel specifically because of the rooftop pool, but after checking in we found out that pool access requires a reservation. This was never made clear during the booking process, and if it is mentioned somewhere on the website, it’s not easy to find. "Hotel is nice, our room had things that were broken. Toilet did not flush. Shades would not close. The front desk charged me 2 times different prices for the same room. I’m still trying to get one charge credited back. Valet was terrible waited almost 30 min I. The front to get my car after handing valet my ticked then they didn’t request it to be brought out. So had to wait longer."

"Hotel was conveniently located in a short walking distance to many attractions and sights. It was also very close to the south station which has services that take you directly to the airport for free- otherwise the uber rides are very short/close to the airport as well. We would often walk back later at night and felt very safe. Hotel had great amnesties including a pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and a back patio that faced the water with a bar as well.
