Le personnel, qui était plus que suffisant, se trompait dans la prise des commandes (même les commandes les plus simples du style : 2 pasta du mois et 2 pizzas du mois). "I like the daily breakfast and the massage at the hotel."

"The hotel is under renovation so we could not stay there. Called hotels.com but was put on hold for a ridiculous 92minutes. Agent said will look for a vacancy nearby the amir hotel and get back to me, but did not get back to us after waiting for close to 2 hours. Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend. I wish to speak to the higher up of hotels.com for compensation."
