A fantastic little place, hidden away in the heart of the town centre. The hosts were amazing, nothing was ever too much and they tried to help us to ensure our stay was great. We were there with our 10 month old daughter and they made our stay very easy. The rooms are on the small side, but great for a couple. Had been before in 2015- same Hotel and almost same staff. We were well looked after. Everything is good - breakfast not included in the room price. that make a different for final payment. But like the Hotel.

The staff here are the friendliest people. They made me and my partner feel so welcome and looked after. They greeted us with a fruit drink and chia yogurt and They even helped me print a bus ticket Must stay in mostar in the center of old town near the bridge and a great craft beer bar just up the step.

We stayed in the studio with balcony and loved it. The room itself is so much bigger and better than it looks in the photos, the air con is efficient (and was definitely needed!), the kitchen is spacious and totally usable. Our host met us on arrival and was very lovely with recommendations and the offer of a drink - she does a great job and clearly works hard to look after her guests. Got upgraded to an absolutely stunning room. Even without the upgrade, for the price we paid this place is absolutely amazing value, especially with the free parking and breakfast. The breakfast is fine - it’s nothing amazing, but for the price of the room it more than does the job. The location is great, walking distance to everything you need to see in Mostar. Didn’t have time to use the pool sadly, but it looked beautiful. Will definitely return if back in Mostar.

We loved our short stay at the beautifully modern " Hotel Palace Medjugorje" . Firstly, the location is absolutely ideal. just a street away from the most beautiful restaurants and bars in the town. Secondly, it has every requirement that You could need, especially top of the range air-conditioning and a lovely bar and restaurant . Finally, the staff were excellent, start to finish, exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable on every request. Great value for money and worth a visit.

Excellent hotel very close to all features of Mostar. Comfortable and clean room, massive bathroom and a host that really tried very hard to ensure we had a lovely visit. Very helpful with information, maps and directions. Enthusiasm and effort go a long way to ensuring happy memories. We were driving and were able to secure safe parking with the booking.

Fantastic location right in the middle of the old town, 5 mins from the old bridge. Free parking right outside, hotel stat were really helpful at helping us find the parking. Compact, clean room with a mini fridge, amazing air conditioning and comfy beds. Decent included breakfast and lovely little heated pool/sauna in the basement. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great value, recommended!

Everything in my room was absolutely perfect, my room was cleaned as soon as i asked, the staff and owner were very nice and everyone was friendly. Bathroom and room was all clean and tidy, i would recommend this to everyone
