"Beware of this hotel! Especially for business travel.
They tried twice!!! To bring a chair that wld fit with desk so I cld work. One was too small. Next one was too high. Like a movie production director chair. Almost laughable if my back wasn’t still hurting. "

"The Conrad is a classy place! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was great - a separate living area with a pullout bed provided with privacy by a pocket door. Size of room was great for New York."

"The front desk staff and housekeeping were spectacular. The room was well laid out, very clean, comfortable bed, and well curated amenities. What lets this hotel down are the very popular public spaces. In the morning we had to walk through two different photography session going on. In the evening, after seeing two shows, I was very much looking forward to a nightcap but the bar was three people deep and very loud.
