"The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared. There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. "Horrible. I arrived at 10:45pm and the address is not clearly marked. I checked my email for information or instructions, barely a word except check in closes midnight and a phone number. I call, no answer. I call again, the call gets canceled. I wait. I call again, call is canceled several times. I test, no reply.
