"Staff lacked friendliness. Room had black hair on the floor~obviously not vacuumed well. No washcloths left. Asked for our sheets to be changed on night #3 ~no one changed them. Housekeeping rude when trying to ask a question. Housekeeping speaks no English. Waited over 45 min for extra towels Spa had no soap or mouth wash for days POOR MANAGEMENT ONLY COMPLIMENT~BELLMAN RESERVED A TAXI FOR OUR DEPARTURE AND DRIVER SHOWED UP ON TIME. Great location Customer service TERRIBLE "

"The location is great. Close to a metro station so it is easy to het downtown. There are great dinning options. There is also the canal right by and marche Atwater. Love the neighborhood. We were there on a weekend and it was a little noisy. Not quite as nice as in the pictures, and does not feel very homy."
