"Staff was great, location is very convenient to Subway and shopping. My only complaint was the elevators weren’t working the first day were there. The staff had to operate manually and it took very long to get up to the 36th floor. Would stay again as long as the elevators are working. "

"My only complaint and greatest disappointment was the poor quality of the food.....cold and unappetizing and the deplorable level of service received from the waiter who seemed to be completely out of his depth. If his key role was to ensure my complete satisfaction considering the cost he failed miserably. I left him no tip, rare in my case
