"We had a little trouble getting our car a few times caused us to be late when I called down ahead. AC in room didn’t seem to want to get lower than 72 degrees which for July is too hot. Asked for maintenance but no idea if they came or did anything. Other than that it’s a beautiful hotel. Lots of great amenities and the staff is very helpful and kind. This is the only place to stay in Memphis."
