"We landed at 2 am and had booked airport pick up. The driver was already there waiting. As soon as we got into car we could see the hotel right in front of airport ! It was 2am I would have still booked but daytime I would just walk there.
Reception got in touch in advance to offer services and that communication was really good. We got traditional Kerala welcome! This was nice touch.
The check in was quick. The room was good size and we had restful sleep. We also had breakfast in morning...

"Excellent bed, clean room. Attentive staff. Breakfast was substantial but not as tasty as other Kochi hotels. Spa is a bit disappointing, just average. "

"This hotel was exceptional. The staff couldn't have been more diligent, friendly or obliging. The food fat exceeded expectations for a buffet style. Would definitely recommend. The shuttle service was prompt and comfortable. "
