"This resort is unbelievable. They upgraded my room to a room with a small pool in the patio area. They gave me a present before I left the property. The food is amazing, and the private beach is within walking distance. It was a memorable moment in my life. Thank you for all your accommodations."

"The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and lovely views of both the mountains and the sea. The shared pool access rooms are definitely worth it and really enhanced the experience. The pool bar was also a highlight, and Elissa in particular provided fabulous service throughout our stay.
That said, there were a few areas where the experience fell short of what you would expect from a true 5* hotel. The vegetarian food options were quite limited and unfortunately was not very good...

"Our stay at Myrion Suites in Crete, Greece was absolutely unforgettable. The location is incredible — right on the beach with stunning views and such a peaceful atmosphere. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. Even before we arrived, they were extremely helpful and provided us with useful information that made planning our trip so much easier.
When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and personally escorted to our room, where we found champagne...

"Staff were all lovely, so helpful and were the highlight of the stay.
Due to lack of staff being on roster we weren’t able to book the spa over the weekend.
Our room was quite worn and in the bath room quite grubby. Just felt a like the place was a little run down. "

"Hotel staff were excellent in particular customer relations who organised a special cake for a seven year olds birthday and were always on hand to help. A free room upgrade and good selection of food on offer all day. Would recommend and would stay here again."
