"Overall the hotel was good, fantastic location in the heart of the old town with access to taxis and the ferry terminal at your doorstep. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, roof top had great views and a DJ to set the mood. The one area which really needs improvement is housekeeping, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bare minimum was done (refresh towels and made the bed). "

"Overall good. A couple of disappointments. The spa pool was luke warm at best both inside and out and overall the hotel could use some updating. The aircon in the room worked but not particularly effectively. We had a rooftop room with a hot tub which was enjoyable but you need to plan for use as you need to fill it up yourself which takes a good 30 mins + Excellent location and staff. Breakfast was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed the main pool "

"The Club Cala San Miguel was just what we were looking for - it had a good selection of food and drinks in the all inclusive, food was tasty and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and most importantly, there were enough sun loungers for the number of guests, so there was less of a fight for sun loungers, staff would also clear towels from sun loungers if they had been left for a period of time. "My room was huge with hot tub, however did have little trouble with the air when arrived but they sent someone to fix immediately. The staff were super helpful and kind my whole entire time there. Breakfast was on point everyday of my stay! Wish the iced lattes were a little better but all in all was a great stay. "
