"Wonderful experience"

"The staff were not responsive to requests. My light flashed on in the night numerous times. The plan had been to sleep well before flight. It was not possible and no response for help."

"Good location, grand hotel but the service members should be a bit more personable with visitors. They are formal but that making visitors feel special is a quality that needs developed more. "Great place. Awesome breakfast."

"Great staff and excellent amenities. Front desk communication may need some improvement."

When ordering à la cart, the food took long and they did not have many drinks I ordered from the menu. Overall I do recommend the hotel"

"Towels and blankets in the room were very limited. We booked an appointment with the onsite spa which was very delayed and kept us waiting for 45 minutes."

"Very helpful staff. Excellent experience"

"There is no bar(alcohol) in this hotel. Excuse was they didn’t renew the license. Very poor"
