"A traditional design property, but clean and very spacious. Excellent staff, so friendly and efficient. Good food with a wide variety. We only ate at the buffet restaurant as we found that the themes changed daily so didn't feel the need to try the additional restaurant options. Staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for us."

"A great BB stay. We had the deluxe sea view and it did not disappoint, beautiful views day and night. We hired a car and it was a short drive to the airport to the hotel and lots of free ample parking at the hotel. The sunset is to the right of the hotel, however, it goes behind buildings and does not sunset into the sea. The check-in was different compared to most hotels, we were asked to sit down and fill in a form for our check-in, whilst we were given lemonade and a cold towel to refresh....

Excellent customer service; everyone we encountered just wanted us to have the very best experience. Have already booked the resort for a winter 2025 break where we intend to tour the island a little more."

"Second time staying at the hotel and had an even better experience this time round. Room upgraded on arrival and excellent service from start to finish. Splash park is a great addition and is away from the busy pool area meaning it is a lot quieter. I would definitely say that this hotel is a good option for all but would especially recommend for young families. Thank you to the staff for providing such a great experience!"

"For perspective this was our fourth trip here stretching back 15 years. Our two bed apartment in Apollo Heights was fantastic. Large, spacious with a good balcony and view. The tennis academy which we came for was excellent. Special thanks to Instructor Steve who I worked with on the trip - he was excellent. 5*. "The hotel in general was really good but the beds were very hard and we did not sleep well. The food was really nice and the staff very friendly. The location is good with nice restaurants around. The room was spaciouse and well equiped."
