"Everything was perfect, a masterful blend of London and Japan.
The room was well stocked with water, soft drinks, snacks, teas and coffees and had immaculate lighting which really made you feel relaxed. The bedding and mattress really shined for a wonderful sleep.
Gym was great in comparison to a lot of other hotel gyms with a very high calibre of treadmills and a peloton. Dumbbells went up to 22.5kg which was ok for an impropmptu workout.
The room was perfect, down to the very last detail...

"Room was spotless, spacious and had plenty of amenities. It’s a stunning hotel, great food in the restaurant, excellent service. Our only disappointment was the spa and pool not being open (as being renovated) which we didn’t know about until after we had booked our non refundable room. But overall an excellent hotel. "
