"I really enjoyed my stay in Royalton Park Avenue hotel. Excellent location! It is not as crowded as around Times Square, close to many places of interest. Whole Foods is 5 min walk. Starbucks is across the street. Many breakfast and dining options around. The hotel has a pool which was great in 100F heat. Nice staff. Can recommend for a stay in NYC. "

"We would give the Langham and their staff a 100 stars if that was available. Every member of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The front desk staff person who checked us in was incredibly kind by upgrading us to a junior suite after inquiring about our 20th anniversary stay. The junior suite was absolutely amazing front the views to the enormous bathroom with soaking tub to the most comfy bed. The room had everything you wanted or needed. The housekeeping staff was excellent. ...

"I think the building is quite old. Overall the hotel is quite old, the elevator, the carpet, etc give an uncomfortable feeling. I think this is quite personal taste, I personally like the bright room."
