This is our second stay here and it was flawless as usual and the spa was fantastic.

Hotel was in an incredible location, overlooking Tokyo. It was on top of multiple metro stations making travelling Tokyo easy. The hotel itself was incredible with huge and luxurious rooms. The service was 2nd to none also.

One of the great hotels of the world! Simply outstanding

An incredible hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

This was our best stay in Tokyo, with excellent views of Tokyo Tower! The hotel offers great luxury and an excellent place to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. The folks at The Fairmont Tokyo are helpful as always and warm and welcoming.

Close to Shijuku Station

The bathroom was really good with an amazing Japanese toilet! The hairdryer was the best hotel hairdryer I have ever used. The bed was soo comfy. The breakfast was really good. A good selection of western and eastern foods and the staff were on hand for teas and coffees. I didn’t use the restaurants they...
