"Really enjoyed a night away. Easy parking. Great restaurants around. Room service was delicious. Traveled with 9 month old and accommodated cot which was decent. Also, asked for microwave service for heating baby food and they actually delivered a microwave to the room. One of the best hotel in Auckland CBD"

" breakfast menu was awesome! Excellent facilities, unfortunately the communication among the desk staff was a bit of a let down as we were told yes to an early check in. But instead had to wait around another 3 hours. I also think, that any extra costs or “bond” for the booking should be highlighted or clearly mentioned in hotel policies & or upon booking confirmation.
