"Location is great, all the staff are wonderful especially concierge, breakfast manager and cleaning staff (Aung🙏). We did have a couple of incidents (guests being extremely disrespectful and noisy at night) and feel the situation could have been handled better. We were able to speak to the GM about this and he was very kind, professional and helpful. "

"The room had a few issues, the tv, the air con not only providing warm air. The team were efficient in fixing it. The breakfast was nice but pretty repetitive. Nice stay overall. "
