"For a 5*, expensive hotel could have had good quality towels and bed sheets, not ones on which you could see severe wear and tear and black spots. Also, the food variety doesn't accomodate vegetarians very well - I had a lovely lunch as a bit more options but for dinner I was forced to go outside! Otherwise, great old town location, lovely, friendly staff!"

"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"In general, the hotel needs rennovation and services to get better: medditeranean style is really cool and the territory is huge, but the terrace is not secured at all, your neighbor can just step over a low board and be on your terrace and if you are on the 1st or 2 floor, just in 3 m from you is a golf camp that you cant enjoy time on terrace and the golf ball could be dropped to your head. Room service works just till 00:00 and after that its impossible to get absolutely nothing, not food or...
