Booked room with city view and got no view at all, had to go downstairs and speak with manager about room.first they say we are fully booked and don’t have any room, after I said I need refunds or going to check out tonight. "The hotel is located in a strategic location, easy to get out of in any direction, the area itself is excellent and there is no shortage of restaurants, quality cafes, currency exchange. The hotel seems to be regularly maintained and has always been very clean, the staff are very nice and always smiling. The breakfasts have always been at the same good level, only a small comment I will allow myself to comment on, they do not have hot natural milk and everything is through machines in my opinion this detracts from the quality of the morning coffee / tea with milk / upside down or whatever, the rest of the things are excellent. In short, I highly recommend it"

"I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Durrës. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, and the cleanliness across the whole resort was outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the pools were beautiful and well maintained. The beach was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, the food fell short of the rest of the experience and didn't quite match the high standards set elsewhere in the resort. A few improvements in the dining options would make this a truly five-star stay."
