The location is in the best spot, right in the middle of everything and we walked everywhere. Thank you for making our first time to Cannes so enjoyable. "

"The property was great, unfortunately they stuck us right above the pool which was being repainted. the fumes from the resin were making us sick. They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever. Thankfully Franck the front desk attendant was able to move us to a better room farther away from the pool. He was the bright spot at this place and the only reason I give it 4 stars. "The amenities at Belles Reves are incomparable. Excellent care of the room by staff. I did notice a stain on the sofa as well as the wall paper was peeling off on the archway in the room. I let the hotel staff know. "
