Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. The additional activities were well explained. The check-out was easy. In all it was a lovely stay at the Meru. We will recommend this to our friends. Thanks to all.

The location of this hotel is fantastic,away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud and Kuta. Most places to visit eg Ubud, Kuta Beach, monkey forest were about 1 hour away. Hospitality at the hotel was superb and the range of food offered at the hotel restaurants is varied. There is wide range of options for breakfast however quite limited for vegetarians with the hot food selection. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Wow!! What an incredible villla! We arrived in sanur after 6 nights in Ubud. We were warmly welcomed with an ice cold drink and tapas, then taken to the villa which blew our minds. It was huge, spotlessly clean and the pool and outdoor area, including an outdoor shower, were incredible. The property and pool were cleaned ever day and the mini bar restocked. Just back from 12 days at The Pavillions, Sanur. Our first time in Bali and are already planning our next trip. This hotel is absolutely perfect in location, luxury and total peaceful relaxation. Tanah Gajah was by far the most relaxing vacation my wife and I have ever had. From our villa with infiti pool looking on to the rice paddies to the private walled accomodation, the extensive beautifully designed gardens, wonderful food by chef Dean, everything superb! Staff couldn’t do enough and everyone, from ground staff to housekeeping to management should be proud of your customer services, a truly fantastic experience, my wife and I can’t wait to come back.

Best place we stay on our honeymoon by a country mile. Highly recommend you stay at The Mulia which should not be mistaken with the Mulia Resort and Village other locations in the resort. You get the full range of services from the excellent Butler service to the beachfront view from your cabana to the excellent suites. Love, Love Love.
