"The hotel looks great esthetically. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures make them seem. Very dated. The AC didnt work consistently it would cool for 5 mins and blow warm humid air The rest of the day. No storage in the room for long stays. The showering amenities like shampoo are really low quality and Im one who never has an issue with this but I had an issue with their product. The carpets had stains and crust feel and need to cahnged. The pillows were lumpy and really poor. I...

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The amenities are lovely. The food is excellent. The view of the river is beautiful and can be seen from the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, It’s a short walk to the tram. We liked the tranquil escape it gave us from the bustle of Istanbul. The courtesy and etiquette of the staff is world class. We are grateful to them. Many thanks for making our stay wonderful."

"Staff were great, answered all my questions, room was clean, relaxing, most probably my favourite hotel room I've started at. Would be better if I could connect Netflix or my phone to the TV which was large but not in my language"
